"Room was not very clean minimum at best.bed was horrible wore out mattresses was tore at the side slept like a rock no comfort at all.place was noisy till about 11:30 p.m.room chairs and couch were wore out.pool and hot tub looked nasty didn't even get in.room had a smell less than desirable.breakfast looked ok but no where to sit so didn't want to eat standing up. Staff was ok but that didn't make the stay good. Definitely would not recommend"

"The two front desk ladies I spoke with, Tanya and Amanda, seemed to know nothing. Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning.
