"The parking was good, off from the road, car was secure. The hostess was great, and very friendly. Room and bathroom could have been cleaner, dust all over the covered garbage bin in bathroom, huge cobweb in corner, and large peeling area on wall of bathroom. Large cobwebs at top of one window. No electrical outlet by beds, major frustration because husband uses CPAP machine to sleep. Continental breakfast was good, lots of fruit. Temperature of water hard to control in shower. No washcloths...

"My husband booked a room in the house for our stay, as I was going to see Take That in Coventry. Google maps takes you to the property using the postcode (our car's sat nav didn't). In the house, there are 10 rooms all with their own shower room. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was clean. The floor was very creaky and uneven and overall not horizontal, although it didn't really bother us. "My room was clean, floor boards not finished off under the table - big gap Door handle almost falling off- and key several attempts to check it locked - very loose handle. Noisy in other room - until 1.30 in the morning and then they got up at 6.30 am !!! Staff - friendly and welcoming - No staff any where to be found after arrived until I left the next day Had to leave key in open office area - and feel should be a post box- any one could take the key and go back into the room - I left...

"Friendly and helpful host. Nice welcome on arrival. Small but functional room with comfy bed, decent (shared) bathroom. Adequate parking. Nice continental breakfast. Comfy lounge area with big screen TV for watching cricket highlights! Walls are very thin. Could hear the next room folks talking at 1am."
