"Absolutely clean, massive rooms. The wet area was phenomenal in our room, with a large bath the two of us could sit and soak in each night. Two double beds with very comfortable pillows! The staff were friendly, there was a small range of amenities. The only thing I would change is brick in the open segment behind the sinks - this brings light into the room early morning (nothing serious). "

"Great hotel in Takayama that is not too far from the station or the local areas that you would want to visit. Staff were helpful and very polite. We had a car and the use of the hotel car park was convenient- there is a small fee to pay but your space is reserved throughout your stay. Breakfast is part continental part Japanese. Would recommend the hotel if you stay in Takayama. "
