"Casa Claver was beautiful and located in the perfect spot in the Walled City. The rooftop pool and view is amazing. If you're thinking of visiting Colombia, do not hesitate to stay here. The staff was also fantastic. The breakfast was great, the maintenance crew is on top of everything (especially the flowers), and our main front desk person, Benjamin was a pleasure to speak to and had great recommendations. He also spoke fluent english as well as spanish. "

We got upgraded which was a pleasant surprise but the entire property is beautiful, has to be one of the best places to stay in the area. Slept great, had a great time walking around and exploring. "Very disappointing stay at Casa de Alba, especially for the price (over $1,000). We stayed from Friday to Monday, and our room had plumbing issues the entire time. The toilet was leaking from day one, and although we reported it immediately, it was not properly fixed. At one point, water from the bathroom leaked into the suite, and we were left without access to our room and bathroom for several hours while repairs were attempted. Even after that, the issue persisted—by our last day, the toilet...

"Staff members were great, super friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful with a balcony to the pool, nice cold AC when you needed, the pool was nice kept clean, breakfast was great every day with some fruit and even dessert, the hotel is well located with a safe place to park your car a few blocks away and a few food options right next to the hotel, overall great place to stay to experience Cartagena for a few days."
