We walked into friendly, helpful staff, easy check in process and then an apartment that took our breath away. May I highly recommend apartment 2A? I will forever come back to London and stay here. "Great stay! We had the mezzanine. The mezzanine room was spotless especially the kitchen utensils. We used the kitchen for making quick breakfasts like eggs, toast etc. Fridge was a great size, pans and induction stove was perfect. The sofa bed comfortable for one person. No setting up of the sofa bed needed, just take the clean sheets and fluffy duvet from a hidden compartment on the end of the bed and sleep. The upstairs bedroom had the queen bed, another tv, a closet, a hotel safe, lamp,...

Complimentary coffee was brought to our room by a lovely guy called Lit. Additional milk was delivered to our room within seconds. Thoroughly recommend this hotel mainly for its service, but also for its location. "
