"Rooms are small but comfortable. Noisy on busy downtown nights for sure. Bar is basically non existent. Young kid working was looking at his phone, drinks not great. Nice kid, but a kid…no parking, 36$ valet. Breakfast was meh, typical watery eggs bacon biscuit, waffles not there. Liked it but for the price, hoped for better."

"Very strange place. Not very comfortable. Property is run down. Check in, key app is very cumbersome. The staff on site was nice but overall the experience was not a good one. Will not be returning."

"I didn't check out the breakfast as I was told it was just breakfast bars and such. Parking was ok. Signs were posted everywhere to put your belongings out of sight and that the hotel was not responsible for theft. Not reassuring. The room was smelly, as an unused stuffy smell. I openned the windows and went out for a few hours. When I came back it smelled better. The refrigerator reeked upon opening, so quickly closed it again. Else, all was good. For the price, it wasn't bad. "

"Very cute boutique type hotel. The best shower pressure I have ever experienced at a hotel. And the beds and pillows were ideal for the perfect night’s sleep. So convenient and within a short walk to Dickies Arena. Will definitely stay at this property again."
