"The rooms are looking a bit tired some damage to the woodwork the staff could not be any better. Love the staff from room staff to front desk. Alway willing to help when needed. The breakfast highly recommend just the cosmetic parts of the internal furnishings could be better starting to show signs of wear and tear. Going back in June will always stay at sky view "

"Initially, we planned on staying for one night to rest up before our flight, but 3 flight changes later, ended up extending for a total of 6 days. This is the best hotel to get "stuck" in with pets. The staff was very accommodating, our room was clean, with soft, comfortable beds, and so quiet. I haven't heard a sound from any neighboring rooms and while street noises don't bother me, I barely heard anything. We had dinner a couple of times in the restaurant and the food was very delicious. It's in a great location and close to BTS. I've never had a bad experience in any ibis hotels, especially while traveling with our cats, but this one is now at the top of my list whenever I am back in Bangkok."

"Over the years the staff have become friends and family to me. It’s really worth the extra money to book one of the bigger rooms which is one of the best values in Bangkok. The front desk and management have helped me through many issues with my Temporary living in Bangkok I never stay anywhere else and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else, because it’s in my experience Jal City is the best location for restaurants, the BTS stop the pool and facilities. I’ve been vacationing and working in Bangkok periodically since 2009 and this is by far the best place to choose. There’s a really good charcoal grill steak restaurant in the lobby and then you basically share a courtyard with the hotel Nikko so you have access to their restaurants and lobby café if you need that. Note that you’re a short walk to CPS for an amazing espresso experience. Tops is close by and the nightlife of thong Lor add noodles Japanese Korean and Thai restaurants everywhere it’s a wonderful place. This hotel is where I stay every time I land at BKK 🙏 sending thanks and best wishes to my friends and family at this oasis in Bangkok."
