"There was no hot water in our first room and smelled like cigarettes and weed. The second room they moved us into, the tub was sunken into the floor and cracked, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, the refrigerator made a horrible loud vibrating noise, and there was no phone in the room. The third room was okay. The outlets in all the rooms were horrible because our charger blocks kept falling out the socket so we had to prop them with things to keep them from falling out.
