"I stayed at the Rover over the weekend, and it was an outstanding stay. When you hear "boutique hotel without a reception," you tend to expect an affordable but impersonal experience. That wasn't the case here. I was greeted at the property by the property manager, Emily, who was warm and welcoming from the start. "Good but the resort fee is silly"

"We enjoyed our anniversary weekend at RS Suites – District 225 Miami! Dave and the team were responsive and provided clear check-in and parking instructions. They were also understanding when the rain delayed our arrival, which we appreciated. Having complimentary parking was a great bonus. Thank you for helping make our anniversary getaway a lovely experience!"

Once we got there, check in was made pretty easy and the host made sure to answer all concerns swiftly. There’s only one parking spot but there’s a parking garage that offers overnight parking in case you need another spot. The place also offers plenty of amenities like a gym, pool, and more. One...

"It seems like their renovation is taking forever. We first stayed there in December 2025 and since then, nothing seems to have changed. I like the location and the staff though."
