"Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was as good as any restaurant. Rooms by road are noisy, thought the windows were open. Evening “reception” was lackluster at best. Pool and hot tub were clean."

"Unfortunately, the room I reserved was not available and I was placed in a substitute room that did not meet my needs. I was not informed about the substitute until I returned to the desk to check out. The staff apologized profusely. The GM assured me that I would not be charged. I wished it could have worked out because I was looking forward to the amenities."

"If I could give this hotel a rating of "minus 10", I would. It was the dirtiest/smelliest place I have ever stayed. The bed was made with 1 fitted sheet and 1 top sheet only. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom....no bathmat and no hand towels or face towels. If we could have left, we would have but there was nowhere else to go. Listing says that there is a city view but what you are looking out to is a body shop for cars. Also the cost of this hotel is way over priced. We stayed at a...

"The hotel has been recently opened and rebranded. The rooms are cozy and quaint. Adorable fridge in rooms and grest coffee in the rooms. Comfy beds, great gym, nice staff, coffee shop and restaurant on site. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, airport is a short drive. Cons: Very noisy with a train coming through nightly (more than once) there are ear plugs offered at the bedside. The absolute worst (I think 1 ply) toilet paper in the rooms."

"The room and the hotel was great. It was like staying in a hotel in the 1800s but with modern comforts. Shops and restaurants within walking distance was nice. There were some homeless in the area and one of them was getting aggressive with us. Thankfully there were cops walking around and they came to our aid. So thankful for that."

"Brand new hotel and fabulous staff. Very friendly. We got a room with a nice kitchen and spacious. Very comfy bed and great breakfast. Will be staying here again."

"Fresh breakfast, seemed to be same thing the 5 days, except the meat option changed we were there. Hot tub seemed was hot, but think the timer was broke with the 15 minute time limit. Was a little slow to refresh our room, was later in the afternoon after 4 pm. Overall good experience. Excellent staff, would recommend to others. Only downside was the homeless in the back of hotel, begging for cigarettes"
