"Staff not so helpful,internet not working,Telephone not working,TV sometimes working,need more management attention.Need to clean bed and sanitize bed,felt full of bed bugs.Ichy at night time.Doors need to fix,not safe very loose,need more maintenance attention."

"Location was great. Near the 91 freeway and there are many eating areas across the way within walking distance and next to the hotel. . Noise level was minimal. Check-in receptionist wasn’t very welcoming. We had issues with the key cards. Door wouldn’t open and our second day they were deactivated?? Breakfast was ok. Cereal, muffins, yogurt, waffles, milk,coffe and orange, juice. No bacon or sausage. The tv needs an update or their wi fi. We downloaded an app to watch a show and it was slow. The Hotel does need cosmetic update. In the middle of the night our ac shut off. Many of the doors were missing the lock bolt panel. On the bright side the mini fridge kept our drinks very cold. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price. "

"When checking in the staff told me that the room I reserved and paid for (King size bed) is not available and told me that they only have a room with two full/queen size bed. Will not be returning here since they cannot keep the room I have paid for. "
