"I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey."

Seemed the system was intentional locked into prohibiting one's own devices. To make matters worse, the television offered netflix, but it was impossible to change to language to english and even worse english subtitles were not available. "It was (is) great. They were very helpful during the russian missile strikes by providing a shelter close by. The staff speak some english but will always use a translation app to communicate. The hotels restaurant is very upscale but very affordable. You can get a wonderful meal for less than 10 dollars(canadian)"
