"The property has new owners. They still have a lot to fix outside, painting, to and landscaping. The rooms were renovated. The bathroom had no toilet paper holder , no hooks to hang towels or clothes on in the bathroom. They did have a full length mirror with light. Small closet with only 3 hangars."

"We stayed here for three days on Memorial Day weekend. The king size bed was excellent as well as the table 2 chairs and a couch. We’re planning on coming back when we need to find a place to stay. That’s not really expensive. And had a microwave small refrigerator like under the counter, but it was a larger than what you find in other hotel rooms. If you just looking for a comfortable place without being on the beach and paying over price hotel rooms, this is a good find"

"The shower had hair all over. The pool in pictures looks to be an indoor open pool but was empty and closed We checked out the next morning even after paying another night and found a different hotel."

"This hotel feels like a slice of paradise nestled on the canal. The rooms are large, well equipped, and situated so that you can park your car and walk to a nearby establishment, nature stroll (10 min walk in wooded area or longer on canal) the room is clean and breakfast is good. I wish I tipped the staff more. The Cape is so expensive and these people work alot to afford all that life requires. So if your fortunate enough to stay and enjoy free parking, water views, breakfast, please please...

"The room was nice. Two clean and comfy queen beds with decent walking room. A Desk, a fridge, microwave and a nice open bathroom. The only thing that let me down was the drain in the tub wouldn't plug to take a bath, the internet was spotty the TV only had cable it was a smart TV to watch streaming or even mirror my phone too. Otherwise the pool was amazing - very clean, big and very warm. It went 3ft, 4ft, and 5ft which was nice also."

"First time attending Margaritaville with my family for my son’s birthday and it was amazing. The water park experience was great. Unfortunately it was raining so we were unable to use the outdoor pool. Loved the s’mores setup they had for guest to cozy up next to the fireplace with a delicious treat. The outdoor space was relaxing and I loved that they had game setup outside for kids and adults. All and all my kids really enjoyed the stay, from my 11 year old birthday boy to my 23 year old.
