"This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!"

The space that formerly acted as a common area with seating and coffee is closed. There was a microwave and (rather loud) fridge in the room, but no coffee maker in the rooms or anywhere on the premises that I could find. Rather than shades on the front windows there are plantation shutters that look pretty but don’t block out the light on the...

"Our stay was SPECTACULAR!!!! The staff were wonderful. The room was perfect. Pool was great. Inn is so close to everything. Continental breakfast certainly a plus. We will absolutely be back and tell our friends that it is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Falmouth."

It was the perfect walkable distance to the main street where there are several shops and restaurants and directly right next to the beach! Super clean and was exactly what we were looking for. When we arrived, our refrigerator wasn’t working, but after we called the front desk, someone came promptly to replace it. The balcony door was very difficult to open, and the shower door wouldn’t close properly, likely because the floor wasn’t level. While these issues didn’t ruin our stay, the rooms would benefit from some upgrades and better upkeep."

"Hot tub outdated only had upper jets. Leak under kitchen sink. Coffee maker is a Keurig single serve. No carpet in the room was nice. Much cleaner that way. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area...

"The staff was friendly though minimal. Rooms were clean though they could use a touch up in paint or some equipment repaired. Surprising given that the hotel has been remodeled less than a year ago. Breakfast was at the Hampton Inn and not actually provided by the hotel. It was lukewarm for the most part."
