"The personal touch. Everything was on point - facilities, room, food, amenities and vibe !
I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Paris.
Plus it’s very modern"

"I enjoyed the pool& sauna. I was disappointed with the breakfast, as the buffet offered very limited options and the dining area was extremely small, with only about 18 seats. The reception staff were neither professional nor welcoming. This was the worst hotel reception experience I have ever had.
• Incorrect city tax charges: They charged city tax for both of my children, which was later found to be a mistake.
• Insufficient information at check-in: They failed to provide complete information...

"Spectacular property. One of the best hotel stays ever and I’ve stayed at Ritz Carlton’s and Four Seasons in many cities and countries. The service at this hotel was bar none. As was the aesthetic and ambiance"
