"This review reflects both the hotel and Expedia’s handling of the booking. The good: The location is excellent and very accessible. The common areas, including the lobby and bar, are pleasant and well maintained. The bad: The hotel is showing its age. "The location is great and very convenient to attractions and public transportation. The staff were all very friendly, extremely helpful and responsive to our requests. The room was well kept, quiet and clean but could use some updating and maintenance. The bathroom overhead light was missing its cover so it looked like there was a hole in the ceiling. I’m sure if I had mentioned it to the staff they would have addressed it but we were there for just a short time so I didn’t want to make a fuss...
