"The hot tub was completely empty with no warning signs or barriers around it, which felt like a serious safety hazard—someone could easily have fallen in. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told it had been out of service for at least three months, which makes it even more concerning that nothing has been done to secure or clearly mark the area.
The walls are extremely thin, so noise travels easily and makes it hard to relax. On top of that, the shower felt unstable—standing in it honestly made it seem like the floor might give way.
Overall, this stay was disappointing, and the lack of maintenance and attention to safety is a major issue."
