I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property from 6/6 to 6/8 (Account #1049128070). I was traveling under incredibly difficult circumstances to attend a family funeral, and the poor condition of your hotel only added unnecessary stress to an already trying time.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property due to several significant issues regarding safety, cleanliness, and service:
Safety Hazards: I noticed that pieces of the ceiling directly above the pool area were visibly flaking and falling off.
Lack of Cleanliness & Maintenance: There was active mold growing on my room's window sill. Furthermore, the in-room telephone clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time, as it was covered in debris.
Noise Disruptions: The guest room doors are so heavily weighted that they slam violently every time someone enters or exits. This constant slamming made it impossible to get a peaceful night's rest or to sleep in.
Poor Communication: The hours for the continental breakfast were changed without notice, causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience in the morning.
Given these sub-par conditions, I am requesting a partial refund for the nights spent at your establishment. I trust that you will take immediate steps to address these maintenance & housekeeping failures so future guests do not have the same experience.
