"The fire alarm went off THREE TIMES in a one night stay- including at 4am and 5am, ruining our stay. AND--the phone in our room didn't work so we had to go downstairs to figure out if we were going to burn to death. At 5am. The staff was very nice and I felt bad for them but !!!!
It was apparently someone smoking a cigarette in the nightclub which explains the 4/5am... but definitely not the 2pm. No accommodations or offers to comp. Since the nightclub is open every night I imaging this is not...

"Great location. The staff was polite and professional. Only thing I didn’t like is we did not get house keeping after our first night. I had to request coffee supplies. I also think bottled water in the room should be complimentary for every guest. Not just Hilton members. Otherwise, it was a good hotel and I would stay there again."

"The hotel and staff were excellent. We had a couple of problems (travel sickness and lost AirPods) and the staff went above and beyond to help.
The room was small but bigger than the reviews had led me to believe.
Breakfast was good, yes it’s busy around 8:30/9am but we just learnt to go early. Plenty of hot and cold options.
Appreciated the security on the door, not that the area felt unsafe.
Would happily recommend and stay again."

"The staff was amazing - every single staff person we encountered was helpful and friendly. The lobby was nice and there was always cold water available which is very nice during the hot summer New York days. Our room was a bit small but that's to be expected in Manhattan, but the beds and pillows were quite comfortable. It was very clean and surprisingly quiet. The location was great - halfway between Central Park and Times Square. I highly recommend!"
