Bloc Hotel London Gatwick Airport
The staff were great and very helpful with information and tips. The room was clean and the sizeable bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a couple of issues though. The sink would not hold the water and the shower wand would not hold its position. Not deal breakers but annoying.

I ordered room service which took 45 mins . The hot soup i ordered was cold! I requested coke zero , unfortunately regular coke sent. I had to wait again for it. So room service was horrible!
