"It goes without saying that the property is exquisite. The accommodations are phenomenal. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. However, the one aspect of our stay that stood out repeatedly was the interaction with the staff. Unfortunately we can only give a 1-star review. When we checked in - the front desk kept answering the phone while we were trying to check in. It was very off-putting. When he finally did attend to us, it felt like his mind was someplace else because he kept repeating...

"This was a great place to stay, just outside of Boston. Our room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Safe location, good parking, friendly staff. It was nice and quiet and seemed newly renovated. I would highly recommend staying here!"
