"It was a unique experience. Check in location was nice. We stayed at the "motor lodge." We had to drive down a hill to another building for ice and to an entirely different area for breakfast. The breakfast attendant was not a happy person. Although smoking is now prohibited in the building, the smell suggested otherwise. The room needed an update. There were cigarette burns in the side of the bathroom cabinet, for example."

"We called ahead to ensure late check-in would be possible; the gentleman at the front desk desk was very polite, efficient and professional as we arrived at nearly midnight. however, the lady at the front desk during check-out was cold and unfriendly, curtly instructing us to drop the key cards in the box and gruffly said, "you're good to go". so, there is some unevenness with staff professionalism, but we did not have to interact with them much at all."

"This place was stunning and enjoyed our two nite stay there. Pool and hot tub so refreshing in the hot summer months. Toons were spacious and beds comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here on your trip to Massachusetts. Thanks for wonderful memories"

"Regular stay. The breakfast is a bit flat and repetitive. If yoi stay a week in one place it gets boring. No surprises. Always the same."

"We stayed in one of the outside rooms and it was extremely clean, comfortable, and up to date decor. The lighting was excellent in the room and the bathroom. We felt very safe. The pool and hot tub amenities were clean and well maintained. The breakfast in the morning offered a variety of choices and it all was enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this location."

"Hotel was nice, good location. Biggest problem is that they don't tell u they charge u 2x plus. There is a charge for being at the property and over $100 in taxes. Then for the room with another $80 in taxes. Parking is $69/ night. (Of course taxed). They have a nice handicap parking area. Very few carts for # of rooms. We were packing 1 and they took the cart with things on it without even knocking!"

"Room had a faint mildew smell and ac unit was extra loud - Check in was quick and staff very nice. Breakfast was not as good as other the holiday inn express I stay a, eggs were very dry and no cinnamon rolls - muffins were excellent so keep those for sure."

"The hotel is fairly new, great looking friendly and breakfast was nicely serviced. The rooms could be cleaner, I had 2 rooms and the whole time there was a funny smell, and spots on the floor by the barn door, shower door had spots to as if not cleaned properly. Otherwise it’s a great stay!"

"Staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional. From the front desk staff to the staff who cleaned my room this stay was enjoyable for the 6 days I was there. The bartender was great with her charm all while keeping up with a fast paced night of work. Food was excellent from the free breakfast with a wide variety of choices to our evening meal. Tables were bused and chairs whiped after each customer. Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff members. And they are staffed in all...
