"Room was nice and clean. What I didn’t like was the lack of soundproofing between floors and rooms. The people above me did not come in until around 230am. They woke us up with their noise. "

"The hostess was so nice! Cared about my mother and her need to be close and have a service animal. I appreciate how she was so caring!"

"Our non smoking room smelled as If it had been exposed to a lot of cigarette smoke at one time. There was no shampoo or conditioner bottles left for us in the room. The bathroom light switch would not turn off. The guests in the room right above us we making a bunch of racket at 11pm. It sounded as if they were deliberately jumping up and down on the floor for what felt like close to an hour. And the sound of the freeway traffic and trains wasn’t so pleasant either. I should have known better than to book at Motel 6, but the (wonderful) rating on hotels.com had me convinced."
