"This is my go-to every time! It feels safe here (I love that it’s gated with key entry), the rooms are always clean, I’ve never seen bugs or roaches, it’s pet friendly, it’s got the cheapest deposit of all the hotels in this area, great rates, price matching & you can’t beat the location! It’s right off of the 99 freeway, there’s lots of stores, gas stations & it’s not far from local landmarks. All the staff here is friendly and patient but SANDY always makes my experience super easy and she’s so helpful, patient and kind. She made me want to come back over and over again, her customer service is top tier! Also, the manager here (Serena) is very kind and accommodating and fair. You won’t be disappointed."

"Angela and other staff members were very informative and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast, and the outdoor hot tub was a nice bonus. The elevator was old and creaky, and we did mention a slight dog hair smell in our room, but they were quick to respond and send up a carpet cleaner. We were very happy with our stay."

"Everything was great, BUT the water pressure was the worst and the hot water ran out fast. We were on the 1st floor. The staff was cordial but not overly friendly, but to their defense, they were solo and perhaps a tad overwhelmed when we arrived at 9 pm. The hotel was booked with soccer players."

"Room was clean, bed comfortable. AC was horribly loud and woke us up several times. Very noisy outside. Not a good night's sleep. Won't stay there again"

"Accessible room had floor tiles lifting which were a trip hazard. Duvet must have been put on the bed wet, bc the center of the mattress was wet (not stained just wet). Called down, no one answered phone, went down and was told someone would bring new bedding up. 45 minutes later I went down and the clerk handed me bedding to change it myself."
