"Excellent hotel the only thing I would recommend to ask for a newly renovated room. The old rooms are a little outdated but if you can stay in a new renovated room, then the hotel is fabulous location. Everything is great."

"Room was clean , staff was nice and helpful. We used the valet parking. The breakfast buffet was simple but just what we needed before a busy day out. Hotel was a 15 minute walk to the subway to train area."

"Great stay, a little bit more could have been made about the fact we were celebrating our 30th wedding anuverary, but the sraff were fantastic. One down side was having to fight our way through yhe crowds of tourists who were always outside the front door of the hotel, it was anoying, when posdible we used the side door through the shops. Also i would have preferred an option of an a la carte menu in the palm court restaurant "
