"Easy parking, nice hotel, and the restaurant has very good food"

"The housekeepers made sure the room was clean. We had the same room that we had on 3/31 so bathtub still did not drain. Breakfast was not very well stocked, the person handling breakfast was also covering front desk (btw breakfast was 7-10:30 am and we were there at 9 am. When we went to check out of our room the elevator quit working and we were told it would be at least 20 minutes. My husband is disabled, I am 73 so I had to carry a cooler and 4 bags down from the fourth floor. I asked...

"We had a very easy and quick check-in with a friendly desk clerk and found the elevators, hallways, and our room to be new/updated and clean. The breakfast provided had a variety of hot and cold items- something for everyone. The lady who was serving and cleaning up was friendly, courteous and helpful. "

"This hotel was nice overall, but I had to use styrofoam plates and plastic utensils for breakfast, which I really dislike using (wasteful and flimsy). Also, my 6-year-old, who always goes in the pool, would not go into this pool because it was too cold. "Mmmhh, not the typical Hampton experience. Upon check in, the lobby seemed unusually small and with a group of 3-4 checking in ahead of us and my group of 6 it was tight; although I know this was probably an unusual situation-not a complaint just an observation. Parts of the hotel were being renovated while we were there and looks like it is going to be very nice; however, outside (back/side) it was the messiest site I have ever seen; this is speaking to the contractors doing the renovation...

" Very nice hotel. One of the nicest comfort inns that I had ever stayed in. Room was super clean. I really had to look hard to find something not perfect. Good hot water in bathroom and fast EV charging onsite. Very rare to find such a well kept hotel at a fairly remote interstate exit. Was kind of run like more of a bed and breakfast, with nice personal touches."
