The staff member at check-in was very friendly. The room smelled extremely musty and did not feel very clean at all! We chose this hotel based on the 9 star rating but it was no where close! Had it not been so late at arrival, we would have definitely gone elsewhere! The breakfast was mediocre at best. Basic scrambled eggs, microwaved canadian bacon, biscuits, and dried out crusty gravy. There was some bread and bagel options and they did have a waffle iron. Do not choose this hotel based on the ratings because they are NOT accurate!

There was plenty of parking. Upon entering we were greeted by a friendly smiling face at the check in. The place was clean, colorful and welcoming. The breakfast was a welcome perk for an early check out to hit the road. I would definitely stay here again.

Gal at the desk was very nice. Hot breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of yummy coffee creamers! We were on the third floor, very quiet. A/C unit was amazing; had lots of cold air. Beds super comfy. They have remodeled some. Clean, but had a few cobwebs on the ceiling. Maybe it is just the third floor (or certain rooms), but they had the older style "space ship style" shower stall. They are okay, but not my favorite. Rating; 95 of 100.

It was the second time I stayed there and the breakfast is good. However, both times the shower floor is so slippery that I had to put a towel on it so I wouldn’t fall. Other than that it is a really nice place to stay.

I would have given 5-stars if I wasn’t on the second floor above the entrance to the lobby and eating area. Staring at 6:00 AM people were slamming the door to the steps that our hotel door was next to. It was constant from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Good staff, clean, and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. The coffee could have a stronger flavor choice. The room was small but sufficient. The TV had issues with dark screen and 2 white spots on it. It needed replacement/service. We weren’t there long enough to ask for another.

Love this place for a good nights sleep, it's our half way point to my sons place. Never had a bad situation here. Nice super clean and right off I64 west of Charleston WV. Feel really safe also. Just a great place for a nights sleep with plenty of restaurants near by.

Horrible place to stay. Don’t trust the pictures and reviews like I did. Room had carpet that was dirty and stunk. Spiders in room. The breakfast area is so tiny only one family would be able to sit. Spend an extra 50 and go elsewhere, I wish I had.
