Overall, the room was very comfortable and relaxing after a long day visiting all the sensational sights in Kyoto. "The room was very clean, larger than average, and very nice. Loved the small boutique vibe, and the staff was just awesome. They were so helpful with getting taxis and help with the train. Breakfast was traditional Japanese style served in our room. Great room amenities and atmosphere. Love it! We would definitely stay there again. "

"We had such a lovely stay. We loved the mix of old exposed wood work structure with new and modern interior design elements. The staff was so attentive, they made us feel right at home. The bed was warm and cozy with plush comforter and soft but supportive pillows. We slept like kings and queens. "Apart from the hotel being a lovely and pleasant stay, I really appreciated the coffee in the lounge. There is a Nespresso machine there where you can make your own coffee even when breakfast isn’t being served. This was very helpful to me because I had to leave before breakfast and I was really appreciative of this small but big convenience. They even had little cookies to have with the coffee and this fabulous tea flavored candy that I enjoyed later in the train. Thank you for that. It...
