"Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half...

"This hotel feels very new and modern, the room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good (if too American for my taste). Full marks, will stay here again."

"Didn’t really explain parking to well, but figured it out and accidentally paid for a parking spot. elevators broke or system went down and we had to walk up 15 floors which was horrible"

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was good sized, very clean, and the beds were super comfy. Water park was clean and not packed and there were attentive lifeguards. Numerous options for food and drinks on the property. Food was delicious."

"Maybe it was because they put us in the "pet" area for our service dog, but the room smelled like horribly strong disinfectant. Room features were very spartan, the TV barely worked, and the breakfast was lousy. Will not stay there again."

"This was my second time at this location, was greeted with an extremely helpful and very pleasant staff,upon arriving in my room it was very well maintained and clean and allowed me plenty of room. I throughly enjoyed my short stay and highly recommend this location"
