"Everything was perfect except that they made it appear that the room wasn’t available until 2:30 pm…forcing me and approx. 40 other guests to wait at the crowded lobby for hours. If I didn’t follow-up at around 2:15 pm, they probably would have kept quiet that the room was already available.

"I booked this stay for my mom, and unfortunately, her check-in experience was frustrating. When she arrived, the front desk told her there was no room available and asked if she had been in contact with the host — which she hadn’t, since I had made the booking.
