"Isabella and her husband are a delight. Smiling and super kind. The residence is basically a 60 m2 apartment divided in 3 in-suites. Each with individual wc/shower. On my room there were snacks, coffee machine and chiefs. Television and AC. Thank you ! The only thing I would point out is that until around midnight you will hear noise coming from the street (tramway, cars and pedestrians). At midnight it went quiet and it was ok. "I think for easier booking add the spa location into the hotel description instead of leaving customers confused about the spa/hotel… had many issues with booking taxis as they would go to the spa instead of the hotel branch. Other than that really relaxing stay, amazing staff helped me get a taxi and helped to direct us to the spa. "

Room was large enough for 3 of us and room amenities werewith plentiful choices in minibar and tea&coffee facilities. Breakfast was superb. Fresh and delicious. Croissants highly recommended. "The room was very good, clean and nice size. the staff were VERY nice (the receptionist and the bartender were really lovely). BUT it is a strange 'hotel' situated in a strange office building with a work space, gym available to local residents and a restaurant that closes the kitchen at 7:30pm. To get to your room, you need to go through the gym, work spaces, restaurant and go up one flight of stairs with your luggage (the elevator isnt working).
