Staff was always very attentive and helpful. Had fresh fruit, bottles of water and coffee provided daily which was awesome.

This property was as it appeared online. It was difficult to find the front door, but once we discovered where it was, it was easy afterwards.

Easy check in. Very clean room. Great for a short stay. It was not near any large tourist destinations. It was a 30 minute cab to Duamo and 20 minutes to train station.

Super place to stay for exploring Navigli area and Milan city. Book the balcony room, it’s lovely to sit out on. Very clean. With easy to control air conditioning. Staff very welcoming, left us a variety of fresh fruit every day and topped up the fridge with water and juices daily. Brilliant after a busy day out. All you need is in the room, some toiletries included too. Near to a friendly corner cafe, bakery and places to eat a plenty. Easy access via a secure door. We would definitely stay here again. We left our bags with them after check out and then returned later to pick up, no bother. Thank you.

Great room with easy access to the bus and metro system. I was definitely happy with the free wifi and amenities it came with. Thank you to the staff for alerting me a few minutes after leaving the room. I was able to go back and pick it up before I got too far. Thank you again!!

The room was scrupulously clean and the location was great. Easy access to metro and tram stations. Staff was welcoming and made sure I was well taken care of.

We stayed for one night and had a very comfortable stay. Customer service was perfect, helping us with directions from the airport and how to use the metro and tram system. Very kind to leave fruit and water in the room and hygiene items too. Only 10 minutes on the tram to duomo. Once inside, felt safe and comfortable

Hébergement très propre et confortable avec une terrasse agréable. Bien situé, dans un quartier dynamique et animé, à une distance de marche des canaux. Facilement accessible en transport en commun ou vélo libre service. Le personnel est extrêmement aidant. Un immense merci pour m'avoir aidée à récupérer mon téléphone qui avait glissé de ma poche dans un taxi...

Huone oli siisti ja kuvauksen mukainen. Minibaarissa oli tarjolla juomia ja pientä syötävää: hedelmiä, muffinsseja jne. Kapselikeitin käytössä. Minibaaria ja tarjoiluja täydennettiin yöpymisemme aikana. Tämä oli mukava yllätys. Ainoa negatiivinen asia oli seinän takaa naapurista (ei hotellihuoneista) kuuluvat äänet aikaisin aamulla.

Nice hosts, and good location. The walls must be a little thin, since it’s a little too easy to hear what the neighbour is talking about, however still recommend to book with Room Milano Navigli. Would surely come back another time.

Great find. Brilliant location and quite close to walk to Navigli area. Room could have done with more storage. The heated towel rail I think was broken as we could not get it to switch on. Decent shower. Staff were so nice and always tried to be helpful. The area felt safe and easy to get in and out. Lots of shops, coffee shops etc. There was a lot of noise unfortunately and the walls were pretty thin so a few times we got woken up very early by other guests talking to staff loudly at the crack of dawn as the staff office was just outside our door. Other times there was loud drilling from a different property. The juices, water and fresh fruit were appreciated but could have done with more of the coffee that was specific to our taste instead of such a wide variety and a wee milk too. Smart tv was great too. Overall would stay here again definitely! 👌

A little bit hard to get through the gate the first time, did not se any information about it. Other then that, awesome room, nice balcony and great location.

Clean hotel and very friendly staff.

The room was very clean and was cleaned daily with new set of towels and beds made daily. The staff is readily available for any assistance and was easy to communicate with. Staff even messaged me on whatsapp to give me updates on when I was able to check-in. The only challenge we had was locating the entrance of the building, you really need to follow the map provided by hotels.com and use google maps. It will send you to the building and you'd have to look at the directory to see the hotel sign.

We had a great time during our stay. The weather reached 93 degrees, so it was quite hot. It was wonderful to return to a place with excellent air conditioning and a nice shower. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I do have two small notes to be mindful of. First, the apartment is located on the second floor, which I did not realize initially. The main concierge is not connected to the room you are staying in. Second, in the mornings, the hallway with other guests can be a bit noisy due to doors opening and closing or conversations in the hallway. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
