Nice hotel near downtown

Iโ€™m an American traveling with 3 Vietnamese from the south. Staff speaks great English and treated us like VIPโ€™s the entire time. They suggested and booked activities and rented us motorbikes all at a very reasonable cost. The area is safe for walking around with restaurants, shops, night market and the town square nearby. The breakfast includes made to order eggs. They even made me omelettes with egg whites only. All the staff is gracious and caring. They make sure youโ€™re comfortable and will do whatever they can to make your time in Sapa a great one. All 4 of us would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great staff and good location

Arrived from the train at 7am, bookings.com had not sent through reservation but staff worked quickly to fix it, checked into room by 730 so we could shower and go walking. Hotel booked guide for us which was great. Staff very compentant and helpful I was recommend this hotel

A Pleasant Stay at Sapa Unique Hotel

Although we arrived early in the morning at 6.30am, Mr Viet (the hotel owner) gave us a temporary room to take a shower and rest. Mr. Viet helped us to arrange a van to visit Fansipan Mountain, Love Waterfall , Tram Ton Pass and followed by a short trek around Lao Chai & Ta Van Village with a reasonable price. Very good hotel with good location, the room was clean and spacious, I have a great view from the balcony and electric blankets and warmer helped for good night's sleep in winter.
