"What a great happy place! Clean friendly stylish super spa staff and charming location."

"I didn’t like that I couldn’t access my car because the valet had to get it just so I could get something out of it quickly. What could have taken me 5 minutes ended up taking me over 20 minutes because I had to wait for them to get it. Restaurant was a great theme with lots of options but the food was not good - out nachos were soupy and soggy and we told the restaurant manager but he basically just shrugged it off - he is definitely the weak link in the operation. 1 star for the restaurant...

"Everything was fine, clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was continental style. Place is located in the center of Solvang, easy to walk from there. Only thing negative was the bed mattress. All woke up sore. Time to change them."

"This is a great weekday value as you can often stay for under $240 a night. Weekend can run $400-$500. That is not worth it to be honest. Breakfast is very continental but decent. Room is very large and bathroom is excellent with great water pressure in the shower. The inn manager Caroline is awesome. "

"Great stay! The room for six people was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—much larger than we expected. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The free breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. We would gladly stay here again🤗"

"They were packed but the staff didn't act stressed and it was just so nice. We got there early but since they were so full, they couldn't do an early check in, but let us leave a car on the lot while we explored. Breakfast room is small for the number of guests they have but people were nice and everyone was able to eat their fill."

"Nicely located with friendly and polite staff. I paid for a city view room with a view of the court roof and a tree. I was at the property very early by 4 hours and not withstanding my request to check in early, my room with the worst view was not available til after the check in time of 4pm. I had to request that the bedroom sheets be replaced as they appeared to be stained or dirty. This was promptly done though. Finally, the room coffee maker did not work properly and the signature wine...

"No contact check in. They did not send text for check in until day after my check in date. At 9PM is was DIFFICULT to do check in over phone. Twice, all I got was a voice mail. Don't stay here."
