"Clean rooms, convenient to Imago (15-minute walk). Surrounding area needs improvement. Unfortunately, experienced air-conditioning leakage."

"Overall okay. Only thing is the master bedroom aircon which takes awhile to fix. Owner very responsive and provided welcome drinks when arrived. The area is good and quite close to shops. Good to have a car though."

"受付がどこなのか分かりづらかったです。 一名、担当の方がいて、対応してもらいました。その方はとても親切でした。 15時までチェックインできないと思っていましたが、早めにチェックインできたので助かりました。荷物の預かりをしていなかったので、もしチェックインできなければ、荷物の置き場所に困ったと思います。 ロビーが利用する人数の割に狭いので、椅子が十分ではありませんでした。 ホテルは清潔に保たれてはいましたが、下水の臭いがすることと、シャワーの水圧が弱いことが残念でした。 今回の部屋にはランドリーの設備があったので、水着を洗濯できてよかったです。 チェックアウト後の荷物は、スーツケース1つにつき、5RMで預かってもらえました。カードキーと料金をスーツケースの上に置いておくと、希望した時間にロビーまで持って降りてもらえました。チェックアウトが大変スムーズだと感じました。 よくも悪くも値段相応だと思います。"

"We stayed at an alternate property because the advertised one wasn’t ready. However, the owner notified us well in advance. The condo was quiet and the air conditioning worked. We only had 2 towels for 4 people. For the price paid it was a good value and not too far from the airport. Good as a jumping off point for our tour"

"The check in process is a bit tedious but other than that, it was perfect. I love how convenient the location is!"

"Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu."
