"Very clean and secure"

"property was nice and modern. beautiful lobby area and bar. Pool table was a plus .pool area was great.. Enjoyed the hot tub, salt water pool and the main pool with the swim.uo bar...staff was very friendly and professional. room was very spacious and updated..no complaints..hotel could use some touch up paint at the swim up bar trimming and around the hotel in general..It's too nice of a place to not pay attention to small details..beach access was great and definitely enjoyed having enough...

"The pool was good and the towels were available the prices in the hotel store and restaurant were very pricey for a place without a lot going on around it beside the T mobile district but over all it was ok"

"It was very beautiful and the view was breathtaking, staff was very nice and Alfredo from the pool area was very welcoming… can’t wait to book again."

"I wasn’t overall impressed, but it was a decent day and I felt safe and close to everything"

"Ahhh, Hilton Garden Inn San Juan Condado! 😍❤️ Thank you for correcting me! And it sounds like you made an excellent choice for your anniversary stay. Here’s the review with the correct hotel: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn San Juan Condado for one night during our anniversary trip, and we absolutely loved it! Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view. I especially appreciated the vanity area, which made getting ready so much easier and more...

"Very luxury low key staff is amazing"

"The staff were all very helpful and nice. The location and room cleanliness was superb. I wasn’t too keened on hotel food. However, the experience was amazing!"

"Great hotel"

"Outstanding property! Very clean, comfortable, and the staff was top notch. We checked in on my fiances birthday, and my mother had called ahead to have a cake in our room upon check in. His favorite is lemon, which they do not have, but after she spent several phone calls with staff member Gian, he arranged for the chef to make the lemon cake. The housekeeping staff shut us out on our balcony while doing turn down service because they didn't know we were out there, but we found it incredibly...

"I called two days before my trip but was unable to reach anyone by phone. The pictures of the room online did not accurately reflect the actual room, and the restaurant was closed. The room was not as clean as expected, and there were not enough towels or toilet paper provided. Overall, the experience was disappointing and fell short of expectations. No parking or area to drop off luggage.Based on this stay, I would not be eager to return or recommend this property to others."
