"Great location and great pricing. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The bartender downstairs was very cool and remembered us from last time we stayed. I had an issue with my remote control and the front desk had somebody up there in 5 minutes to fix it. Walking distance to very many restaurants and the convention center. "Staff was mean at my arrival. It felt like I distracted her from her phone by arriving a bit late (around I think 9:30pm). She was not helpful at all as I wanted to know my options for food. Also when I ordered my dinner through uber-eat and the food arrived, the delivery drier was not allowed to come to my room - which I understand policy but they way that was communicated to me was rude. "

"The size of the room was surprising and I did like that bit. There were a pair of black pants stuffed in a shelf that were missed when the room was vacated/cleaned that I left untouched. The toilet flushing completely was also concerning. It wouldn’t fully flush after using the restroom and had to be flushed multiple times to get just tissue to go down. You could also tell a few counters didn’t get full wipe down as they were a little sticky in some areas. If these things weren’t issues/concerns...
