Clean room, Staff helps out as much as they Can. They will go out of there way to make sure you have a comfortable stay. My Children and I have been very happy here, also they respect your privacy. I feel safe , anyone that causes problems on the property , the staff will react quickly , by ensuring there guest are safe and comfortable.

No ice machines?!! The television had limited programs and no streaming options. They burnt incents in the lobby which also permeated the dining area and elevator.

First room had a broken towel rod, all towels, well there was only one provided, was filthy. We arrived very late and front desk wouldn’t answer so we just slept until we could deal with it in the am. Woke up and turned pillow over, HUGE blood stain!!! Called front desk, was told they would change our rooms and to come down at 11 and it would be ready. Left. Came back and wasn’t ready until noon. New room was cleaner and had towels. That’s all. Service is very slow. Even questioned my payment despite having paid months in advance. Would have picked a new hotel but we were there for a festival and all others were booked or in the 1000s at that point. People live there. Very dirty. Pants on stairwell entire 4 days we were there. Razor too. Trash in hall never picked up. Breakfast is non existent. Police was there morning we left for some of the residents.

Dirty; staff was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Place did not appear as advertised on Expedia. The whole place was littered with trash and homeless people. It also has horrible drainage problems to the point we couldn’t stand to be in the room because it smelled like straight sewage.

That fake grass they have around their property is disgusting, dog poop all over it and that makes the people who own the dogs even more nastier however, the owners of the dogs don't own the property it's still the owner of the property to make sure it clean and it's not. Dog poop in the halls and on the stairs been there for three days it's smeared in and tracked everywhere. The trash is overfilled and all over for days. ineouldnt advertise breakfast of any kind when you don't actually have anything but bread and microwaved eggs. Other than that the rooms are nice sized and clean. Most of the staff is great except one he's rude and has no right to be considering he can't tell a nickel from a quarter.

Flight came in late, staff member at desk didn't know how to check me in or look up reservation, took forever to get my room. Once in room main room lights did not work, very dark. no remote for tv. no trash can in bathroom. safety lock on door broken.

Appears to be used as a homeless shelter. Police there when we arrived. Pool “temporarily” closed while there. Skimpy breakfast. Door skin separated and several plug covers missing. Towels narrow and worn with no wash cloths. Dog poop on lawn and walkway. Generally clean inside. Low cost, but still wouldn’t return.

I was greatly inconvenienced when I arrived at the hotel after a 4.5 drive to find out they had canceled my reservation. They claimed it was cancelled because I didn’t pay in advance but it wasn’t a requirement for reservation. They cancelled it so they could sell it at a higher rate. There were no rooms available due to a large music festival in town. The property was not well kept and looked like it was a weekly rate hotel with people living in it. The front desk staff was extremely rude. They intentionally canceled the reservation to get a higher rate. The signage was covered so hard to see. Horrible service and experience.

When I arrived in the room my son noticed a yellow stain on the bed. We determined it was human pee. So I went to bed he front desk and told them there was a pee stain on the bed and they needed to do something. The TV remote was missing and only one light worked. My son and I went to eat thinking they would fix the room and it was just a simple mistake. When we got back from dinner the room was not done. I went back to the front desk and was angry. They sent a worker with me back to the room. He looked at the stain and pulled up the covers and there was human poop smeared across the mattress cover. Anyway they did took care of that. We were staying 3 days so the next morning my son went to take a shower and the shower handle for the water was broken and stripped. It would not work at all. Anyway we got a different room. We were out most of the time but the microwave didn’t work in the new room and the smoke detector was sealed shut. The place shouldn’t be able to use the name Comfort Inn.
