"It’s a beautiful hotel super close to soho, local bars and restaurants. Rooms are quite small with not much storage for personal things. We everyone was super nice besides one bartender on the rooftop bar. "

"The staff was exceptional. We saw Abraham quite a bit due to the hours we returned to the hotel. He was always smiling, making sure we had everything we needed and giving us a warm welcome upon return. The breakfast option which we booked with Expedia comes with the Sunrise Breakfast (two eggs, one meat, breakfast potatoes, toast and a drink (hot or cold). I wish we could have selected more due to the price-point with Expedia. The room was spacious and we had a view of the highway which also...

"Only 1 outlet worked. Luckily my laptop cord reached the bed all the way from the bathroom. The safe is literally level with the floor. Not usable when you’re in town for back surgery. The computer in the lobby for printing didn’t work. One of the elevators was usually out of service which meant long lines. Not sure that I will return."

"We arrived for check in at 2:30 pm and the room wasn’t ready until 4:00 pm. The staff was good at keeping us updated on our room status and gave us a breakfast voucher but had we known the wait would be so long, we would’ve left our bags and wandered around. The lobby area was packed with flight attendants.
Once we finally got our room (a suite) we were very disappointed. As another reviewer mentioned, the room looked nothing at all like the online pictures.
