He was always smiling, making sure we had everything we needed and giving us a warm welcome upon return. The breakfast option which we booked with Expedia comes with the Sunrise Breakfast (two eggs, one meat, breakfast potatoes, toast and a drink (hot or cold). "It’s a beautiful hotel super close to soho, local bars and restaurants. Rooms are quite small with not much storage for personal things. We everyone was super nice besides one bartender on the rooftop bar. "

"Paid a little extra for a higher up room and the views did not disappoint. Centrally located to so much and right off 7th ave times square. Staff was friendly and it's was extremely clean. We didn't use the gym or pool since we went during a colder month. However, the options for food was great and it was nice to grab a cocktail after a long day of walking. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"The building is beautiful, but the inside is kind of plain. No refrigerator or even ice machine on our floor. When we arrived there was a maintenance worker in the tub doing something. He seemed startled and left quickly. I later realized that the tub drain wasn't working properly. Not sure why they'd put us there without fixing it or saying anything, but it was disappointing. "

"Fist off staff was great, no issues there. We arrived out of tow for a wedding over the weekend and arrived after Jack in time (4:30) with minimal time to get ready. She I arrived name was not in the system. Panicking I was able to get the booking # and were able to located my booking only to find out our room was not ready.
