Hotel itself is a little beat up but they were renovating the gym and breakfast area. Breakfast was your typical hot hotel breakfast. "

"The absolute best location. Feels like a little hideaway for when you need to rest a bit before heading back out to explore NYC. The room, the bed, the shower all more than comfortable and clean. I can't sleep much in New York because the energy is too powerful. But I prefer this section of Times Square to the main part. Slightly more lowkey, less people, but still very much alive and colorful with tons of spots to visit. Walked right across the street to Junior's, it wasn't ever slammed, just...

"It is in a very convenient location if you're going downtown, about 3 minutes to get to the train station. It's not too fancy. As a native NYorker, ot looks like an apartment complex that they bought.and decided to turn into a hotel. The furniture is definitely vintage. It is also affordable considering the rates of some hotels now."

There are hooks in the bathroom, but only three, and hooks by the door, which was very helpful, considering the closet was very small but they could add more. "
