The room was clean. The breakfast was very good. It’s right next to the outlet mall. Also close to Frankenmuth. Will definitely stay here again

Property nice and clean... refreshments available..nice rooms... would of liked coffee in room .. although it's in lobby ..tried to enjoy hot tub...it was just to cold.

The hotel at first site was very appealing,the women at check in was very nice, actually put us on the first floor as requested. When we walked into our room,it was very clea,very modern,and also very unt comments on pdated. Did not have breakfast,but It looked good. We were running behind, actually got the option to get to have late check out till ,1 pm very impressed, by that,no extra charge added to my bill. Was going to stay stay at a Hilton property,much more impressed by this company..Already making plans to come back during the holidays to stay another night. Thank you

I like the place in general; the people were really nice. The only thing that in my opinion, can be improved is the room cleaning. The rooms look clean but a few details were not completely clean.

The bathroom door and shower glass door would not stay open nor would the bathroom door latch close properly either. It was very cramped as the sink and counter were to large for the size of the room. The toilet was so close to the shower it was awkward getting in and out. The room was menopausal. It was either to hot or to cold. Walls were paper thin and you could hear everything the guests below us were doing. The hot tub was certainly NOT HOT at all. It was a smaller version of the pool. I ended up getting goose bumps as I was chilly sitting in the water! We requested the staff to adjust the temperature and was told it is "set" at a certain temperature and unable to be adjusted. Finally, I was disappointed there was not an option for pancakes/waffles at breakfast. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again.
