Stayed here for a night and everything was wonderful. The staff were super nice, welcoming and super helpful. Everyone was very clean and up kept. The breakfast buffet was lovely as-well. Nothing but good things to say!! Will recommend to others.

The staff was nice but the hotel is in need of updates. And they need to be clearer about their cleaning. We were there 3 nights and had to ask for towels and empty our own trash.

This place was just what I needed on my last travel night - very clean room, bed was super comfortable, friendly staff and great area to walk my dog. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was amazing!!!! They allowed an early check in and were very accommodating! The breakfast was yummy and the sweet touch of the thank you card in the room was heartwarming! I absolutely would stay here again!

Our room was severely damaged like it had been broken into. The main door did not close properly and the bathroom door handle was loose and did not lock. The couch was not as shown on the website and was a major downgrade. The hotel did not have a comparable room to change us to so we had to stay in that room. Very disappointing. That room should not be used until it is properly restored.

The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom! The gym equipment, treadmill and bike did not work. The front desk attendant was rude and acted as if it was a burden to check us in. Refused to provide the military discount…stating it took too much time. Just not a great experience. Has the potential to be a great hotel if rooms were cleaned and staff at least acted like they wanted to be there.

The staff were helpful and very available but the carpets were filthy, there were old band aids by the pool, there wasn't a drain catch in the sink and other people had lost tooth paste covers down it. Overall, for the price, not a great stay.

The property was run down. It looks like it had not been maintained in a very long time. Things were dirty. Also, we discovered a bedbug and had to evacuate. There was no other room to accommodate us at that time so we did not get to stay there overnight.

Hampton Inn Birch Run was excellent for our weekend away. The kids were sad the pool was closed for the weekend. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were fantastic with the kids!

I like Hampton Inns. They are usually good value for money. I am noticing though that the last two I stayed in were in disrepair (paint, some mold in the bathroom, wet rot around the refrigerator, crap carpet everywhere, dead bugs in the pool area. Our room smelled of wet dog. They just look tired. The stay was fine, breakfast was fine, it a little crowded at the set up station. Staff were great, pool was fine.
