Resor & Hotel dengan Spa di Sahl Hasheeh

"Place was amazing. Stuff was amazing very much very very clean."

"The service was disappointing, and we often felt unattended. Staff were generally unhelpful, rarely smiled and came across as quite blunt. Customer service needs significant improvement, with staff making guests feel more welcome and prioritising their needs. "Great hotel and very nice staff special thanks to the general manager Mr Mansour who helped us with a lot of stuff and even things he didn’t need help with. The staff was very accommodating and helped with everything they could both hotel stuff and outside stuff. The rooms were clean and nice with an amazing view. The beach is a couple of minutes away but there is a car available that takes you all the time. Amazing pool and beach."

"The Hotel is Excellent Starting from Mr Sameh Abbas in the Reception I received the room at 10 am The room is very good Staff in Restaurants is not friendly But anyway except that Everything is going well"
