Nice small adults only hotel,attentive friendly staff,good food selection,and good location. This was are first visit to this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it,all the staff friendly and efficient,with a high number of returning guests.

Christmas 2017

The location and size of the hotel is what appealed to me mostly not too big adult oriented which allowed for peace and recharging of my battery. The Red Sea is beautiful clean and very inviting. Sahl Hasheesh was a delightful surprise. The promenade and pier a so beautiful.

Paradise in Sahl Hasheesh

The best hotel in Sahl Hasheesh wonderful accommodations and beach. The hotel is situated in a lagoon area with minimal waves and no wind. Crystal clear warm water. Wished we stayed longer than 4 nights. Awesome!!

Beautiful, friendly, comfortable

The hotel is located far from the airport and very secluded. Staff was friendly and the space was comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I would definitely return here on a future trip.

Perfect location but could use some improvement

Hotel has a perfect location and amazing view..food is not too bad..but Wifi is very weak and doesn't work well. Room could use some improvements.. thermostat does not work although I complained several times but they could not fix it..room is always very cold and gets warm when I turn it off. Hazadous conditions in the room with flooring and low chandelier in the bathroom.

a Hotel fall in love to !!!

The whole staff ist exceptionally charming. No matter whether waiter, Cooks, cleaners, bar Service, beach Service, everybody absolutely cooperatively. Particularly the Company attendant Suzanna: competently, exceptionally cooperatively, really friendly and diligently!!

The perfect place for a relaxing holiday

Beautiful hotel in front of the sea. Big fully equipped and cleaned rooms. Professional and kind staff at your complete service. Cleaned, large and not crowded sand beach. Umbrellas and beds with many space. Beatiful sea : no coral or rocks by the beach so you enjoy it immediately. Two a la carte restaurants + the standar one. Many choice od f any kind of food, with daily changed menu. Beautiful SPA. Silence and quiet everywhere. No discos pubs and loud music. The right place for regerating your soul and body

Skønt og hjertevarmt hotel!

Skønt lille hotel - endnu! (Hotellet udvidder, nemlig). Kan ikke sætte en finger på noget, måske lige at det hele står i euro. Vi oplevede at vi havde bestilt all inc, gennem hotels.com men fik kun fuldpension - og der går man virkelig glip ag noget, det var godt nok øv - men ikke hotellets skyld! Området er MEGET stille og ingen høj musik eller børn som råber eller skriger. Vandet er fantastisk klart og masser at se på med koraller og fisk. Vi kommet absolut igen!!

Good hotel, not worth the premium price though

The hotel is nice and clean, and has a really nice little "private" beach to it. Not worth the premium price though. First the bad things: No free wi-fi, it's the 21-centuary, charging for internet, especially at a premium hotel, is just like charging for electricity, a big nono. The room where we stayed was cold and the heating system did not work to make it warmer. Neither was the water warm enough or had pressure enough to fill a complete bathtub and make it warm. The gym was really small with only one resistance training machine. The buffé was not always labeled properly and frankly, compared to all inclusive resorts at a third of the price it was not much better at all. the worst thing was the flies on the beach though. Although the beach was good, when laying there you quickly got covered in flies. The good things: The hotel is fresh and has a high quality finish on all the interior and rooms. The cleaners all do a great job and are really friendly and helpful. Verdict: Good hotel, but not worth the premium price compared to other all inclusive resorts. And although it's nice with and adults only hotell the crowd was a little bit to old according to me not giving the hotell a good atmosphere..

Unmotivated employees & wrong description of room

Good : Location, beach, Buffett, Sauna room itself was very big, Bad : No whirlpool as promised in room Staff unmotivated. Saw no smile ever. Management never visible, neither in restaurant nor in hotel. Nearly missed flight as transfer was not arranged as promised. Restaurant staff were always putting on cutlery and someone else moved it away. That was all they did, for hours. My bottle of water was at one point removed from my table and brought to and poured in the glasses of guests on another table. As I arrived early and was sick I needed to check in earlier that 2 pm. For these 5 hours I needed to pay a full standard day rate with breakfast (which was already over and lunch and dinner - at least dinner was included in my rate anyway): As I was sick my first real usage of food was dinner the day after my check in. Spa is extra company, to use Sauna you must pay extra. Whirlpool was visible from a construction site a few meters away, so I did not use it. Spa showers were unclean, fixtures broken. Every night we had to remind night audit to switch off music on the terrace so we could sleep.
