"Garbage was not emptied in our rooom. It had food items in it left by previous guests. Bed was very hard & uncomfortable. The price was too high for the quality of the room. The staff person who greeted us upon our late arrival was exceptionally kind & welcoming. "

Was disappointed when there was little to no utensils,no glasses,1 soup mug,no pans or oven ware. 1 pot,1 tiny fork. Keurig coffee with no cups in the room. Outside access door was taped shut still from the winter and i was told i could use i just had to remove the tape myself to use it if i wanted. No wifi displayed in room had to call front desk for it and had...

"We enjoyed the water view room and the beautiful sunsets we get to enjoy! The hotel is modern, clean and has a great restaurant to enjoy the views as well, The meals we had were great and we appreciated the team speaking to us in English. The spa and pool look lovely but our timing didn’t allow us to utilize these services. Happy to have a Starbucks on site."
