Absolutely unacceptable experience. The bed was literally held together with a ratchet strap, and the toilet was propped up using a PVC pipe—completely unsafe and unsanitary. The pictures are deceiving and nothing like what the actual place looks like. The rooms are dirty, run down and uncomfortable. There is mold and rust. Hair in the bed that was not ours. Hyatt Place St. Augustine/Vilano Beach
The room was clean, bed comfortable with good mattress. The complimentary breakfast had lots of good choices, much better than others we’ve stayed at. The only complaint is there is no parking and you have no choice but to pay for valet parking in their underground garage at $27.50 / night
