"Very convenient parking location, right next to the hotel. Very central location in the heart of beautiful bordeaux. Fairly good hotel, however we have few comments: we spent 2 nights with no lift repair, all guests were using 1 lift and this was not logic for a big hotel with so many guests. The bed was very small, in the corner of a room, 2 people can barely fit to sleep well. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, however the scrambled eggs in the morning were not that tasteful (too much...

"The lobby was beautiful. There was a quiet room attached for sitting plus a hotel bar. We liked the location. It was a bit of a walk into the tourist area. There are lots of good restaurants within blocks of the hotel. The front desk gives you a list. We tried several.
We were not happy with the room. We had two twin beds which took up the whole room. A small table and chairs were shoved up against the wall and bed. What we found really annoying was the lights. The only way to turn on...

"Great hotel, spotlessly clean, quiet, great sleep, amazing air conditioning, fresh breakfast. Good location into city centre.
Needs a safe in the room, and mirror near desk & plugs for hairdryer.
Would definitely recommend, as good value, and would stay here again."

"Really great location near the tram stop which goes to the airport and into the city. The kitchen area is really helpful if you want to make anything to eat in your room. Staff friendly and helpful with any concerns. Was able to leave luggage in the hotel after check out. Would visit again for a short stay in Bordeaux:) the definitely only thing that we were missing was short of towels. A longer mirror would be nice in the room and if allowed a toaster!"

"The room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly, and the personal service at breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is quiet and is located near tram lines, which was very useful. It was a great place from which to navigate the city, especially the historic district. One difference is that there is no front desk staff to assist if you have questions, so you have to be a little more independent in arranging things such as taxis. However, a helpful online guide is provided."
