"The included breakfast was not great….options were minimal and food was a bit cold. Rooms could use updating a bit and I would’ve preferred an area rug in the room as it was only vinyl flooring. Also, not sure about other rooms, but ours did not have a hallway light at the door….yiu have to go further into the room and it was on the walk. I prefer a ceiling light right when you walk in the room."

"The room was fine, although small. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was very disappointing, especially since we had stayed at the Super 8 in Brockville the night before where the room was much nicer and the breakfast was great. In Montreal, the breakfast consisted of bread which you could toast, a choice of two cereals, some unappealing bananas and 1 apple. There were only forks to eat with - no spoons for cereal or knives for spreading anything on the toast. Brockville had bagels and yogurt...

"The wifi was a bit spotty at times, but it was super easy just to switch to another network — you just use the same password 👍 The coffee they make you (if you go to the lobby and ask) was very yummy 😋 Also everything you really need is out on Rue St. Jacques to the left, and everything else is to the right, and all within 2kms! Super-lovely staff and great vibes from the neighbors."

"OWNER WAS NOT TRUTHFUL! The apartment promised 2 double beds and a pull out couch, which would work well for our family. There was no couch when we arrived. Owner said he would bring a couch in 30 min, but we gave him 3 hrs and he did not bring a couch. He refused to refund us. It was infuriating."

"A wonderful boutique hotel with great amenities on a quiet street in a vibrant neighbourhood with near by cafes, restaurants and grocery shops. A 15-20 minute walk to central downtown Montreal and a 10-15 minute walk to Old Montreal and the Old Port. Room was spotlessly clean and our host was very welcoming.
