"I didn't appreciate that the front desk lady didn't mention I could self-check in, in case I would be late, since they have limited hours at the front desk. She was kind of rude all time. Even when I checked out, there is not excuse on language barriers, being polite and friendly, and have empathy super pass speaking language.
